Check out all the great area attractions while you're visiting Little Washington. For all the outdoor lovers, Goose Creek State Park is a perfect place to spend the day hiking, fishing, or swimming. There are fun events there all year round in downtown's Festival Park, from antique car shows, and wildlife art festivals, to lively concerts and 4th of July fire works. Then, of course, there is the North Carolina Estuarium that is dedicated to celebrating the nature of the area and explaining the critical role estuaries play in global ecosystems.
